Lasagna Flatbreat Melt

I am always on the look out for new recipes. I found this one on Kevin & Amanda
I used one of her variations for Lasagna Flatbread Melt for lunch today. The flat bread is wonderful. Made simply with thin crust pizza dough divided and rolled, and fried in oil in a pan.

I always brown my ground meat with a bit of garlic and onion. After I drained and rinsed the meat, I added a bit of Italian Seasoning, then added spaghetti sauce.
Topped with Mozzarella cheese.

It was very good. Even for the picky 8 year old and the picky 42 year old. Calorie-wise, it isn't very diet-friendly, but I guess if it is good, it usually isn't.
