Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

I am not posting a Menu Monday today.  We are just going to wing it this week.  Maintenance Man is off on vacation, so you can bet your bottom dollar,  I'm going to put his grilling talents to use.

My posts may be few and far in between due to the above named reason as well.

Have you ever had one of McDonald's Frozen Strawberry Lemonades?  Oh, they are good.  Kolby loves them on a hot summer day.  Since we don't have a Mickie D's anywhere close to us, I thought these must be easy to make.  And guess what?  They were!

Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

In your blender, add 2 cups lemonade, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and about 10 ice cubes.  Blend.  Enjoy.

That's it!  Nothing to it.  Tastes just as great without all the added sugar I'm sure McDonalds adds to theirs. (I do not have their recipe so I'm guessing on that, don't hurt me.)

For the 2 cups of lemonade, I used Crystal Light, but it would be even better with some home made lemonade.

  1. MM MM MMMM!!! I love their frozen lemonade!! But making would be more fun with the kids!!! and probably cheaper!!! Thanks for the easy post!!! :)

  4. This sounds delicious. I just made some Strawberry-Kiwi Lemonade Concentrate recently that I think would work perfect with this recipe! Here is the recipe I used to make my concentrate if you are interested in making your own lemonade:
