Orange Chicken

I have had leg quarters in the fridge for a while, now.  They were supposed to get grilled last weekend, but we ran out of charcoal.  So, I am making them in the oven with a new recipe.

Orange Chicken

2 cups uncooked rice
2 chickens, quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup  mix
2 cups orange juice

Mix orange juice, rice and canned soup.  Pour over seasoned chicken.  Sprinkle chicken with dry soup mix.  Bake at 350˚ for 1-1 1/2 hour.

Then, I realized after starting this recipe, that I did not have any dry soup mix.  So, I made my own from a recipe found on Food.com.
