Cheesy BBQ Sloppy Joes

I have to admit when I first read this recipe, I wasn't sure about it.  Then, when I told my 9 year old about it, he wasn't sure about it.  The third time I answered the age-old question 'what's for dinner', it was to my maintenance man.  And he, well, wasn't sure about it.  I made it anyway... I'm just a rebel like that.  I found the original recipe here.  Looks pretty good, doesn't it.  It was good.

Here's what you'll need:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1T Worcestershire Sauce
cheese
1 pkg Texas toast

First, brown ground beef in a skillet.  I always brown mine with diced onion and that wonderful Paula Deen House Seasoning; drain excess fat.  Return to medium heat and throw in the rest of the ingredients.  Except for the Texas toast and cheese.

While this greatness is simmering, prepare the Texas toast according to package directions.  Once the Texas toast is ready, spoon beef mixture over the Texas toast and sprinkle with cheese.
